DOJ VOTING RIGHTS SECTION
MEET THE LEFTIST ATTORNEYS UNDERMINING ELECTION INTEGRITY
DO YOU KNOW WHAT BIDEN'S TEAM AT DOJ IS DOING TO UNDERMINE ELECTION INTEGRITY?
The DOJ Attorneys Tasked with Enforcing America's Election Laws are Overwhelmingly Liberals
The Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice is tasked with enforcing America's election laws, including the Voting Rights Act. The Voting Section is headed by a civil service Section Chief and the Section is staffed by career civil service attorneys.
While Americans expect federal civil service employees to be neutral arbiters of the law, many of the attorneys in the Voting Section have shown a concerning history of bias and political activity that raise questions about their ability to enforce the law fairly. Our research shows that attorneys in the Voting Section have an overwhelmingly liberal or Democratic affiliation. In fact, our research found only a single registered Republican working as an attorney in the Section.
This overwhelming liberal affiliation advantage in the Voting Section should worry Americans that believe in election integrity and a neutral civil service that the federal government's main election integrity enforcement body has been politicized by entrenched, leftist career bureaucrats.
THE DOJ VOTING RIGHTS TEAM
Nearly to a person, the United States Department of Justice Voting Rights Section is stocked with activist liberals who are using their positions to make elections at the federal, state, and local level less secure and fair. Whether it is making it harder to verify results or easier for those who shouldn't vote to vote, Biden's team in the Voting Rights Section is implementing a radical left-wing agenda.
